terms of service
By commissioning me you automatically agree to all of these terms.I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
I reserve the right to post my work of your commission for personal promotion such as on websites and social media.
payment:
Full payment required before commission begins.
payment is accepted only through paypal invoice.
rush pricing can be discussed.
revisions:
Revisions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis at any point of the commission (including final).
Multiple changes (>3) & large changes will cost extra. Please be clear what you want revised.
Any mistakes that are my fault (wrong color/missing character detail in reference/etc.) will not cost extra.
deadlines and delivery:
Feel free to ask for any updates on your commission.
All commissions may take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month. I will be sure to let you know of any delays that might extend this time frame.
Rush orders (<1 week) will cost extra. DM for more information.
use:
Personal: Only use for profile pictures, headers, posts and personal prints. Unmonetized livestream is permitted. (The usage must not be involved in any campaign, sponsorship, subathon, donathon or any gains of profit).
Commercial (streaming/content): For monetized livestreaming (gain use for any kind of livestream purpose), music covers, videos, etc.
Commercial (merchandise): Have privilege of all of the above and rights to sell the commission on physical and digital merchandise.
intellectual property rights:
You may repost the commissioned piece with credit to me (@000pch).
You may not, in any shape or form, redistribute or re-sell the commission or profit off it without purchasing commercial (merchandise) rights.
You may not claim the commission as your own work in any way.
You may not revise my work without my permission.
NO NFT (NON-FUNGABLE TOKEN) OR AI USAGE ALLOWED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.
refunds:
Refunds only accepted before I begin your commission. NO REFUNDS after sketch has been shown.
